ECOPER is proud to inform that it has been selected as a long-term partner of the ILO Evaluation Office. This long-term agreement will be launched by the end of November 2023 and will cover high-level corporate and institutional evaluations, as well as project evaluations. The ECOPER core team comprises a lead evaluator and manager, an assistant manager, a quality controller, and four experts covering four ILO regions (Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Middle East, and South Asia) and different topics such as inclusive growth and livelihoods, entrepreneurship and SME development, TVET, social protection, and child labour.
The ILO evaluation workplan for the coming months will cover ILO’s Development Cooperation Strategy, the development and utilisation of labour statistics, ILO’s Decent Work Country Programmes, and about 60-70 independent project evaluations.
